Our research uncovered a series of insights that will be of value to pension providers as the new DC system comes into play. Traditional ‘retirement’ is over, with few now seeing it as a singular event. Just as savers buy online, and bank online, they now want to manage their pension online, too. There is a huge ‘advice gap’ that the retirement industry needs to address quickly, as the pensioenakkoord comes into play.
