Based in the UAE, Tim works with Smart's platform clients to deliver digital platforms, in order to drive innovation and efficient operations in the running of DC pensions and savings schemes. He has worked in the pensions industry for 20 years, with the past five years being based in the Middle East. He is the former elected Vice President of the Pensions Management Institute in the UK.
