Karina Kajelova

Associate Director of Engineering

Karina has been working in the IT industry for more than 15 years, starting her career in firewalls and WAN networks. When she moved from Slovakia to the UK, she first worked for a wireless network provider, planning and configuring large wired and wireless distribution networks. Joining Smart in 2018 was a huge change in Karina’s career. In her current role, she is responsible for overseeing software engineering teams, helping to drive strategy and product development for the Keystone platform.
