Smart has appointed Mark Howard as General Counsel (Pensions and Financial Services). Prior to joining Smart, Mark spent fourteen years at city law firm, Clyde & Co., most recently as Head of Pensions, advising pension schemes, employers and pensions professionals in all areas of pensions and associated areas.
