Richard is responsible for leading and coordinating our global growth activities, customer proposition and go-to-market planning. Richard's background and knowledge span banking, insurance and retirement. He has operated at executive and board level for over 25 years, bringing a wealth of commercial experience and an extensive global network. He specialises in transformation propositions, developing global platforms and launching technology platforms. Richard has held senior positions at Charles Schwab, Lloyds Bank, HSBC, Barclays and Aegon/Transamerica.
